About the theme

Colors invites artists to work with color as the main subject of the piece, not just a part of it. We look at color as a carrier of emotion, a cultural symbol, a force that holds a composition together and a language of its own.

The call is open to any medium: painting, drawing, photography, textile, mixed media and digital art. Abstract and figurative work are judged side by side. What matters is how deliberately and convincingly color does the work.
