1. General Participation

By submitting an entry to any competition or open call organized by Curatone.art, participants agree to the following terms:

• All submitted artworks must be original and created by the participant.

• Submissions must include the required information as outlined in each specific call (e.g., artist name, title, medium, year, etc.).

• The entry fee for each competition or exhibition is specified on the respective application page and must be paid in full for the submission to be considered.

• Fees are non-refundable.

2. Rights and Permissions

By participating, artists grant Curatone.art the right to:

• Publish submitted artworks, artist names, and biographies on the Curatone.art website, social media channels, and promotional materials related to the competition and future exhibitions.

• Retain submitted content in our digital archive.

All copyrights remain with the original artist. Curatone.art will not sell or reproduce any artwork without explicit written permission.

3. Jury Members

Individuals applying to become a jury member agree to the following:

• Each application is reviewed individually by the curatorial team.

• A fee is required to submit a jury application, as indicated on the official site. This fee covers review and administrative processing.

• If selected, jury members agree to have their name, short biography, and photograph published on the Curatone.art website and included in relevant materials related to competitions or exhibitions.

• Curatone.art curators reserve the right to approve or reject any application without explanation.

4. Personal Exhibitions

Artists may apply for a paid solo online exhibition through the platform. Conditions include:

• Submission of a portfolio or proposal.

• Payment of the exhibition fee as listed on the website.

• Final selection is made by Curatone.art curators based on artistic merit and availability.

• Curatone.art reserves the right to curate, edit, or postpone solo exhibitions as necessary.

5. Liability

Curatone.art, its jury members, and curators are not liable for:

• Technical issues that may affect submissions (e.g., email errors, file corruption).

• Misuse of published material by third parties.

• Any damages or disputes resulting from participation or non-selection.

By using this platform and participating in its calls or events, all users agree to these terms and acknowledge that Curatone.art operates as an independent curatorial project.
