Andrey Phi is a Berlin-based artist whose series “Spectra” consists of digital image compositions characterized by structural mirroring, symmetry, and surreal spatial formations.

Starting from photographic fragments of urban and natural textures, Phi condenses these elements through a layered process into new, visually dense forms.“Spectra” operates within the tension between digital aesthetics and analog perception. The series unfolds its full impact in large-scale formats, typically printed on acrylic glass, where depth, light refraction, and reflection become integral parts of the viewer’s experience.

Without relying on explicit narratives, the works open up visual spaces that oscillate between technoid surfaces and organic metaphor.Marked by a consistent exploration of duality, order, and the question of reality in an artificial age,Phi’s works in “Spectra” are not classical mirror images. Instead, he constructs parallel worlds where archaic natural forms intersect with urban geometries.
